There are multiple teirs of access to the IUEC Local 139 web site. The purpose being that:
1st teir - General public access. Most artiles are published so that anyone can read these artiles without being required to be a registered user or an IUEC Local 139 member. 2nd Teir - Registered User Access. Allows access to viewing a few more gadgets, articles and gain more access to some non-pulic areas. 3rd Teir - IUEC Membership Access. Allows access to viewing all Articles and Forum areas that are restricted to the general public and to any registered user that has not been converted to the IUEC Local 139 Membership group. Any content published with this level of access attached is intended to be viewed by the IUEC Membership only. Additional Tiers. There is also a few additional teirs that deal with site and content administration. At present, only those memebers that exprss and interest in managing the web site or its content will be escalated beyond the IUEC Local 139 Membership tier. At this time, any position higher than IUEC Local 139 Membership are purely voluntary. An IUEC Local 139 Member would need to express and interest to be moved further up. |
